Yup'ers buckaroos, do the 'cypherin' with us...when we interviewed Tim Ellwood in 2011(VIDEO HERE)....he said he's been at SHOT Show as an exhibitor since 1986...that's SHOT #29 this year for one of the best guys to know on the Floor, at home in North Carolina...or anywhere! A history lesson in boots...and the heart of why all of us in the good old USA are playing Airsoft today....Good Luck Buddy....rope some hombres, ogle the Gilley's girls, and don't forget to ride off into those amazing Vegas sunsets with your winning's in the saddle bags!

SHOT Show 2016 gets underway today in Vegas….actually out in the desert at Industry Day at the Range just east of the city, where airsoft/real-steel’s own MUEL will be a range safety officer! Huge back-pat for that one!
Thumpy is NOT in Vegas this year, however…we will be pushing out all the headlines and coverage from the airsoft and gun media you guys love, plus taking y’all down memory lane for some huge moments from the SHOT Shows ‘past.
And, there’s no better place to start than pretty much at the beginning of Airsoft at SHOT with our own buddy Tim “No Airsoft for Old Men” Ellwood’s story from his blog…way WAY back in 1987, Mr. Peabody!:
