Before that I’m sure the field had a box with Band-Aids, an ACE bandage and burn ointment in it (they always include burn ointment in those prepackaged first aid kits for some reason?). If an injury occurred I assume someone had some first aid training at some point and could treat an injury until 911 could be called or transport could be made. By default, on the days I was on the field I became the go-to guy when someone got injured...."

Here is one YOU NEED TO WATCH! Do you have PPE gloves or even a basic first aid kit ON THE FIELD with you? Have you taken a first aid course or had ANY training? Great starter point...but get that know-how...before you or your friends need it...and ALWAYS CONTACT PROFESSIONAL HELP AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! Send a Runner, use the emergency radio channel for your event or field....or call on a cell phone...get help moving ASAP!
