“In this installment of PPT – I bring you the second piece of gameplay footage that I collected from American Milsim’s Faded Giant 4, which took place at the GTI facility in South Carolina.

This video starts pretty much where GP 1 leaves off: we just got knocked around in the buildings for a bit, and with our our forward forces having difficulty moving through the Pipe Yard…Delta 6 decides to flank. Proceeding through a completely unoccupied, unassuming area of the map – D6 is able to attack CoST’s main defensive line…from the rear.

I wonder why more folks who field the P-90 don’t also ‘go all in’ and get one of these TM sidearms…as they were supposed to be ‘battle buddies’ in their real-steel variant caliber.  Great job on the review, and a hat tip from Thumpy to David for helping out with some behind the scenes blog-tech that will help us get video we like on-the-way to all of you a bit faster!

HK417 GBBR by VFC, licensed by Umarex. A great finish with all the correct markings, and a very very nice trigger feeling as well. Big bolt carrier (which feels light though), big magazine (which also feels kind of light compared to its size). Nice kick as well, even if it’s not scrip.

It’s a very nice gun to have in hands, and compared to other VFC GBBR I tried before the cool down resistance seems reasonnable enough. Not the best ever, but skirmishable enough. Out of the box, the performances aren’t incredible, but it’s probably possible to increase them with another hop up rubber and another inner barrel….”

The 2015 Costa Ludas & Company tour of Japan was well-covered by fans around the world, and reported on via Thumpy’s SCOOP page…yea, we didn’t have WP 2.oh up and running yet… as well as the pre-trip announcements for this year’s Peace Combat et al adventures.  The 2016 pose-off turned the ‘web upside down and spawned #costagate as a trending hash’ world wide.

Booligan’s got the overview of the new SCAR-alike carbine from Classic Army’s co-team with the gang at ISSC, and their .22 caliber “trainer/plinker” real-steel rifle.  Kinda wonder if this isn’t a backdoor into the new market sector being carved out by KRISS/KRYTAC/WarSport-LVOA’s real-steel to airsoft trainer marketplace?  Hmmmm…many interesting things on the way, and BOOLI is on top of them all!
