OMAHA had that terrible shooting in 2014 involving the COPS TV show crew at a fast-food restaurant...and this is what needs to happen, to get the point across that if you misuse airsoft with bad intent...you are going to be treated as a MAJOR CRIMINAL!...WATCH THE VIDEO STORY from WOWT....

"...I would rather have the robber use a toy weapon every time. You're correct by that. But I'm going to qualify that by saying whether you use a real gun or a fake gun, you're going to illicit the same response by law enforcement regardless," said Marty Bilek, Mayor Jean Stothert's chief of staff.

Officers said taking the time to determine whether a weapon is real or not isn't time they have when weapons are drawn...."
