Wow...this is just too unbelievable for words, and gets even stranger when Anti-Gunner Barbara Boxer's proposed bill EXCLUDES SOME GUNS, namely PAINTBALL GUNS!  What?  If you want to kill all guns, Senator, include ALL. GUNS....read the proposed legislation...and let your blood boil once again, this time, all across the fruited plain and purple mountains majesty, too!

"Sen. Barbara Boxer, a Democrat, already asked the Consumer Product Safety Commission to require bright paint or fluorescent strips on airsoft guns, the kind that 12-year-old Tamir had. But the safety agency lacks power to make the requirement cover B.B. guns or similar toys, Boxer said.

"No child should ever die because a police officer or anyone else mistakes a toy gun for a real weapon," Boxer said in a statement. "This legislation will protect our kids and help law enforcement by making sure that imitation firearms cannot be mistaken for real firearms."

Under federal law, airsoft pellet guns – but not B.B. guns -- are already supposed to have a painted orange piece on the tip that signifies they are toys, according to Boxer's office. In 1994, the chairman of the Consumer Product Safety Commission challenged the toy industry to stop making fake firearms that look real and applauded stores that stopped selling them...."

California nonsense transferred by Anti-gun Senator Boxer to the halls of Congress.  This has now become a NATIONAL FIGHT, Airsofters....Players, Industry, Sites and Games...we all need to pull together with a strong voice!
