Sleep hygiene is foundational to good mental health or as my mama used to say, "He's cross 'cause he went to bed late and got up early."

Kids brains need as much sleep as possible for them to function. They are still in the developmental stage of growing and need to snooze no matter what. |

Every time someone asked me how I felt after school in high school, I would always reply with tired, bored, or stressed. The way students are taught nowadays is so inactive that they start getting lazy in their own lives. Kids that are taught that school is everything are often unhappy in life. One solution would be to make schools more active and create more activities for kids to do rather than sit and listen to lecture 7 hours a day/5 times a week.
