Feelgood news of the day.  The Rotaract Club of Belmopan is refurbishing the playground at the hospital.  They also have pictures of what it looks like now.  Awesome work, Rotaractors!

"The day started early for the Rotaract Belmopan club as they continued an ongoing project to improve the play ground area at the Belmopan Hospital as part of Rotaract week.  The club had already painted the mural that can be seen on the wall near the playground and now they are working to improve the playground its with a new coat of paint and four new swings.  The initial idea was to go out and join them in the effort but as it turns out they had a 'small army' of people to do the work so no extra hands were needed.  These pictures were taken earlier in the morning so pictures of the completed work will be coming a bit later.  Overall, the club has been doing some great things and it is certain that more good stuff will be coming soon."

Feelgood news of the day.  Arms of Love primary school in Kontiki got a swingset and slide today.  Baton Rouge Community College students are on their service learning trip, and they teamed up with Sacred Heart Junior College's Hands for Life club to make the playground a reality.  The kids loved their new playground.  Future plans are to add on tire playgrounds.  Thanks, BRCC and SHJC!

"BRCC has a service learning student group visiting, and they worked with some of SHJC's Hands for Life students today, and started a playground at Arms of Love primary in Kontiki."

Peace and Justice Park got an upgrade courtesy of the students from Sacred Heart Junior College's Hands for Life club and the visiting students from BRCC.  They cleaned the park, and added a swingset and slide.  They will also fix the old swingset and add a tire playground soon.  Thanks, SHJC and BRCC!
