The University of Belize Nursing students had their 4th annual reproductive health fair today.  Stay healthy!

 

"Fourth Year Nursing students at the University of Belize today held the fourth annual Reproductive Health Fair of the Faculty of Nursing, Allied Health, and Social Work at the University’s Central Campus in Belmopan.  Speaking to students, faculty, and staff, Guest Speaker, Minister of Health, Hon. Pablo Marin emphasized that, 'health is about our minds and bodies.  It is physical, mental, spiritual and emotional.  It is our most important asset!  We really should do everything we can to promote and preserve it.'  Activities at the event included presentations by students and different health tests such as blood pressure, pap smear, breast exam, and HIV."
