The Benque House of Culture launched their Hurricane Hattie at 51 exhibit on Thursday.  They had many survivors relate their experiences of the hurricane.  Here are some pictures from the well attended event.

"Hurricane Hattie set an all clear your can now visit your Benque HOC, for a historical review of the many struggles and developments caused by this natural disaster.  Pictorial & time line available,police logs book copies, map's a complete insight of 1961 hard hit.  Exhibition runs until November 23rd, 2012"

The 16 Days of Activism start today, and there's a fair at the CWC to celebrate. Events are planned for every day.

"The Image Factory Art Foundation (imagiNATION FACTRI)

Tonight, at the George Price Centre, they'll have the launch of their Expressions Art Exhibition.  It starts at 7:00pm tonight, and the exhibit will run through November 23rd.  See work from Carolyn Carr, Jeanne Seawell, Ernest Garcia, and many more.

The SISE House of Culture had their Cayo Art Collection Launch on Friday night.  The exhibit has art from local Cayo artisans, in multiple mediums.  The exhibit can be seen over the next month at the SISE HoC.  

"The Opening of the Cayo Art Collection was a Success.  We encourage you to visit the House of Culture in the coming week to take a look at the Artist's wonderful works of art."

Tonight, at the SISE House of Culture, they'll be launching the Cayo Arts Collection exhibit.  See a wide range of art from many local artists.
