To celebrate the re-allowing of live music, The Bluffs will be having a Saturday Jam Session with Barefoot Skinny, Eddie Allen, Aldo Pineda.  It's free, and they only ask that you bring a food item to help the local feeding program.  

"In lieu of a cover charge we ask that you bring a donation ( dry goods) to be distributed by Libby's Soup Kitchen!"

The Belize Raptor Center is having a special fundraiser at Jalepeno's on Friday, March 8th.  Barefoot Skinny and Steev Inglish will be performing.  They'll have food from Jamaul Roots.  There will be raffle prizes and a silent auction.

Tickets are $30 BZD includes finger food and Indian tacos.
Our education birds will be there from 4-5 for meet and greet while you all enjoy some delicious finger foods made by Jamaul Roots and Jalapenos scrumptious Indian Tacos.

We will have raffle prizes throughout the night and silent auction items available.

100% of proceeds made will go directly to our education outreach allowing us to continue providing free presentations throughout the country.

Bamboo Bar is finished with their post-hurricane refurbishments, and they are celebrating by having a concert this Saturday, August 27th.  Ascenthium will be playing, along with Barefoot Skinny, and Eddie Allen!  Hot Taco will be there, and there will be BBQ.  New sand, new paint, and the same great food and drinks.  

"This Saturday its the Re-opening of Bamboo Bar! we got live music all night! cold drinks!  BBQ and Hot Taco in the house!  Starts at 4pm and runs till midnight!.  Spread the word and lets party!"

Club JJ's was hoping last night with some excellent music.  That was the most people that had been up there since Rumba Room.  The music was everything from blues to rock and roll, and they had a guest harmonica player that really belted out some wicked blues.  Happy birthday, Barefoot Skinny. 

In related news JJ's has live music most days of the week, and the best hot wings in town. 

Bamboo Bar had a wild grand reopening party.  Lots of good, and loud, music from some great artists.  BBQ too.

Barefoot Skinny is celebrating 25 years of playing in Belize this Friday, July 15th, at Bamboo Bar.  They'll have some great BBQ there too.

Many Cayo artists came together last weekend at the Cayo Welcome Center for peace.  The World Culture Band, Barefoot Skinny, In Bloom, and many more performed.  Daniel Velazquez got some video, and some great pictures, of the event.

"100.000 artist poets and musicians for peace, a GLOBAL EVENT, a very diverse group of artist came out to the Cayo Welcome Center, all communicating the universal languish of art, for PEACE."

Easter Saturday.  Barefoot Skinny was in town, and they played at Lucky 5 Sports bar.  The Easter Fair was in full force too.  That ferris wheel was fast!

Tonight and tomorrow night, Barefoot Skinny will be performing at Lucky 5 Sports Bar.  Good Friday brings good live music.  See you there!
