BNECT and Beltraide have teamed up to create the Dare to Dream Big Program, which was made to support entrepreneurs.  The application period opens today, and goes until July 24th.

Feelgood video of the day.  The Belize Natural Energy Charitable Trust has teamed up with Restore Belize to fund the 'I Am Belize' Scholarship Progamme.  They have a great video describing the scholarship.  They are inviting any other businesses to help out also.  Education is the key.  Thanks, BNECT and Restore Belize!

"An Award Ceremony was held on Thursday, September 14, 2017 at the Coastal Zone Management Training Room in Belize City to recognize thirty-six high school students who are scholarship recipients of the “I AM BELIZE” Scholarship Program implemented through RESTORE Belize. Fifteen new recipients were selected and twenty-one students will continue under this program. The objective of the program is to provide scholarships to students from disadvantaged communities who would otherwise be unable to attend high school. The scholarship covers tuition, books, uniforms, tutoring, scholarship club membership as well as internship for fourth form students."
